The short version

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and afterhours, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("afterhours", "we"). They apply when you create an account, which needs your explicit acceptance. Our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of these terms.

One person = one account; 3. work at the company you name, and have the right to say so; 4. not be banned from afterhours, and not be legally barred from using it; 5. not have been convicted of a sexual or violent offence.

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you won't: - Spark or message anyone in your reporting line, whether direct or indirect; - harass, threaten, pressure, stalk, or keep contacting someone who has said no; - send sexual content without consent, or any content involving minors; - screenshot, record, share or publish anything from afterhours, or use what you learn here off the app (including at work); - try to find out who is on afterhours. For example: sending Sparks to test it, scraping, making fake accounts or coordinating with others; - impersonate anyone, lie about your workplace, or use someone else's LinkedIn or photos; - sell anything, advertise, recruit, or ask for money; - reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or attack the app.

This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep content by law or as report evidence (see the Privacy Policy). We don't use your content for advertising, and we don't train AI on it.

9. Our content

The afterhours name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You'll compensate us for claims made by others because you broke these terms or the law.
